Art of living rosé 2021 Languedoc

€7,73

Art de Vivre pays homage to the Mediterranean cradle, its preserved nature and its artists. Its unique bottle in natural clay is an evocation of the first amphoras. Made from emblematic grape varieties from the South of France, this wine is an invitation to celebrate a vineyard two thousand years old, witness to a civilization and a living heritage of rare beauty.

Vinification & aging

The plots in perfect sanitary condition and with a good leaf area are carefully selected to allow the grapes to reach the ideal maturity. The harvest is carried out at night to protect against oxidation. The pneumatic pressing is very gentle, only the free-run juices are selected, the presses are pushed aside. Each grape variety is vinified separately at a temperature between 16 and 18°C to obtain good aromatic intensity. After fermentation, the blend will reveal the complementarity of the grape varieties
